Drawing the structure

Point the arrow and click in the grid to add your first point. It will "snap" to the grid. Move to another point and click again. This will draw your first line.

Repeat to add more lines. To draw your final line, the line which will "close" your structure, click on the Close button. You have created the "exterior boundary." This is the outline of your structure.

Do you want to delete a line?

You can create a hole or open space in your structure by creating an interior boundary. Click on points inside your exterior boundary to create the hole. Click on Close to finish the inside.

You are now ready to mesh.
